LLC, New York, New York, GlobeOp Financial Services, Harrison, New York, Merrill Lynch Mutual Funds Research, New York, New York, Mechala Group Jamaica W.I, Insurance Company Of The West Indies (ICWI) and Ernst & Young Jamaica W.I.

Mr. Josephs has over 22 yrs combined Commercial and Investment Banking experiences having worked with institutions such as Workers Bank, Trafalgar Commercial Bank (FGB), CIBC Jamaica (FCIB), Barita Investments Limited and UGI Finance and Investments Limited where held the position of Vice President-Trading & Investments. Mr. Josephs has delivered several presentations on financial management in the print media as well as to audiences at institutions such as University of Technology and Excelsior Community College. He was also a part-time lecturer at the University College of the Caribbean.

With main responsibility for financial control and tax planning Ms. Mitchell brings is a Chartered accountant with over sixteen years of accounting and auditing experience at varying levels of responsibility. She has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at several institutions to include - SSL from 2007 to 2008, Mayberry Investments Limited (May 2005 – January 2006) and the National Youth Service (January 2002 – May 2005). She was previously an auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick for seven years and left as Senior Manager.

Mr. Rowe is a seasoned financial manager with extensive experience in portfolio planning and management. He has consulted with the World Bank – through the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ) to prepare Public Sector Investment Programme Policy Paper to guide the Government of Jamaica (GOJ).

A former Senior Portfolio Manager with NCB Capital Markets, Mr. Rowe was responsible for - Managing the assets of the company to optimize yield, Aid in the development of products and services geared towards enhancing client’s wealth, Financial modeling and asset valuation geared towards ascertaining fair valuation of different investment instruments and Organize the work flow within the unit in a manner that is efficient and preserve the integrity and reputation of the organization.

Mr. André Hartley is a freelance presenter and financial consultant with a wealth of experience in the Finance and Hospitality sectors. Having spent more than ten years in banking and finance, his journey began as a Teller at the National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ) and later went on to hold roles as Customer Service Representative, Financial Analyst and Equities Trader with Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited (formerly Dehring Bunting & Golding Limited).

His more than eight (8) years in the hospitality industry saw his gain experience in several areas of hospitality including roles as Organisational Development Coordinator, Programmes Manager, Training and Development Manager, Market Analyst and Management Trainee with Sandals Resorts International (SRI).
