Chris Mendez (CFA, MBA, ACCA)
Managing Partner
Chris Mendez is a global finance executive and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience spanning hedge fund administration, private company valuation, financial reporting, risk management, and operational leadership across North America and the Caribbean. His expertise includes private asset valuation, financial modeling, Net Asset Value (NAV) oversight, due diligence, enterprise risk management, and strategic business planning.

Mr. Mendez has held senior leadership roles within major international financial institutions, including Citco Fund Services, where he served as Senior Vice President and Vice President within Accounting, Valuation, and Operations. During his tenure, he managed complex global client relationships, oversaw hedge fund accounting and valuation operations, led cross-functional teams, and directed large-scale financial reporting and operational improvement initiatives for investment entities with billions of dollars in assets under administration.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Mendez held positions with International Fund Services (N.A.) LLC, GlobeOp Financial Services, Merrill Lynch Mutual Funds Research, Insurance Company of the West Indies (ICWI), and Ernst & Young Jamaica, gaining broad experience in audit, investment analysis, internal controls, fund accounting, and corporate finance.

Known for advising diverse client portfolios, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strict compliance and risk controls.

Delroy Josephs – JP, MBA, BBA
Business Development Lead
Mr. Delroy Josephs is a finance professional and business advisor with extensive experience spanning investment sales, financial consulting, business development, and capital advisory services. Over the course of his career, he has developed expertise in business brokering, financial analysis, deal structuring, client engagement, and capital fundraising initiatives across Jamaica’s financial services sector.

Mr. Josephs currently serves as Director of Deal Arrangers Capital Ltd, where he advises clients on business negotiations, due diligence, capital raising, financial advisory services, and transaction execution. He also serves as presenter and host of “Know Your Money Matters” (KYM TV), a financial education platform focused on business, investing, and financial literacy.

Previously, Mr. Josephs held the position of Vice President, Investment Sales at Capital Solutions Ltd and served as Senior Investment Advisor at Barita Investments Limited, where he gained significant experience in investment advisory, client relationship management, and financial solutions tailored to individual and corporate clients.

In addition to his institutional finance background, Mr. Josephs has spent over 15 years as a Financial Consultant with D’Consultants Ltd, supporting clients with strategic financial guidance, business development, and advisory services.

André “Dre” Hartley – MBA, BSc
Operations Manager
Mr. André Hartley is a finance and hospitality professional with extensive experience spanning banking, capital markets, business development, organizational training, and client engagement. With over a decade of experience in the banking and financial services sector, he has developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, equities trading, customer relationship management, and strategic advisory services.
Mr. Hartley began his career at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ) and later advanced into several roles within Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited (formerly Dehring Bunting & Golding Limited), including Customer Service Representative, Financial Analyst, and Equities Trader. His experience in capital markets and financial services has provided him with practical insight into investment operations, market analysis, and client-focused financial solutions.

In addition to his financial services background, Mr. Hartley has accumulated more than eight years of experience within the hospitality industry through various positions at Sandals Resorts International (SRI). During this period, he held roles including Organisational Development Coordinator, Programmes Manager, Training and Development Manager, Market Analyst, and Management Trainee, gaining broad exposure to organizational leadership, talent development, operational strategy, and service excellence.

His multidisciplinary background across finance and hospitality supports a practical, relationship-driven approach to business development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advisory services.

Joshua Rowe – CFA, MSc, BSc.,
Chief Project Analyst.
Mr. Rowe is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in portfolio management, investment strategy, financial modeling, and asset valuation. Over the course of his career, he has advised on both public and private sector initiatives, bringing a strong analytical and strategic approach to capital management and financial planning.

He has previously consulted on projects involving the World Bank through the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ), contributing to the preparation of Public Sector Investment Programme policy frameworks designed to support the strategic development objectives of the Government of Jamaica.
Mr. Rowe formerly served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at NCB Capital Markets, where he was responsible for portfolio and asset management strategies aimed at optimizing investment performance and client returns. His responsibilities included financial modeling, valuation analysis across various investment instruments, product development initiatives, and supporting the delivery of wealth management solutions tailored to client objectives.

In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Rowe has demonstrated strong operational leadership through the development of efficient workflow systems and the implementation of processes designed to uphold organizational integrity, operational excellence, and institutional reputation.

Elaine Mitchell – ACCA, CPA
Financial Consultant
With main responsibility for financial control and tax planning Ms. Mitchell is a Chartered accountant with over sixteen years of accounting and auditing experience at varying levels of responsibility.
She has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at several institutions to include - SSL from 2007 to 2008, Mayberry Investments Limited (May 2005 – January 2006) and the National Youth Service (January 2002 – May 2005).
She was previously an auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick for seven years and left as a Senior Audit Manager.

Jabari Barnes - BA(Hons), JD Law
Compliance Associate
Jabari Barnes is a legal and regulatory professional with experience spanning corporate law, regulatory compliance, litigation support, and public interest advocacy. He has worked across both public and private sector institutions, developing a strong foundation in legal research, regulatory analysis, dispute resolution, and stakeholder engagement.

Jabari has gained professional experience with organizations including Enbridge Gas, the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC), Elections Canada, and Lakehead University Community Legal Services.
​
He completed his Juris Doctor at Lakehead University’s Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, where he has held several leadership roles, including President and Treasurer of the Black Law Students’ Association, Secretary of the Indigenous Law Students’ Association, and Treasurer of the Animal Justice Association.
